My career started in a large international company, where I worked on process improvement, customer satisfaction and employer branding. Gradually, I moved through several positions - from team management to production process optimization to communication and brand building. This experience has allowed me to see how marketing and internal processes are interrelated and how they impact the overall growth of a company.<\/p>

Alongside my corporate work, I have been developing my own business activities since 2009 - from event organisation to marketing and design. I've always enjoyed combining strategy with practice and finding new ways to do things better and more efficiently.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

I've seen many mid-sized companies struggle with the fact that marketing is becoming more and more complex, but they don't have an in-house person to cover it. Agencies are often expensive and business owners are left to do everything themselves. That's why I decided to offer a solution - an independent partner who can prepare a strategy and also ensure its implementation in cooperation with proven experts.<\/p>

Today, I help companies set clear direction, save time and costs, and deliver results. My goal is for them to be able to focus on their business - and leave the marketing to me.<\/p>

I studied **Economics and Accounting** and subsequently completed a master's degree in **Marketing Communication at the Constantine the Philosopher University in Nitra**.<\/p>

Throughout my career, I have completed several training courses and workshops focusing on Lean Management, Leadership, marketing strategy, customer behaviour, and artificial intelligence<\/strong>.<\/p>
