Graphic materials designed for a professional conference

For the FESSH 2023 conference, organised by Asszisztencia Kft, I had the privilege of designing a comprehensive suite of graphic materials that played a pivotal role in the event’s branding and navigation. My contributions included creating eye-catching banners, directional signs, welcoming signage, detailed maps, and the programme map. These elements were essential in fostering a cohesive visual identity for the conference and ensuring that attendees could easily navigate the venue while engaging with the event’s agenda and branding.

Graphic materials for conferences like FESSH 2023 are crucial for several reasons. They not only enhance the aesthetic appeal and professional image of the event but also facilitate smooth attendee experiences. Commonly used graphics include:

  • BannersUsed for branding and to promote the conference theme, often placed at strategic locations to welcome attendees and highlight sponsors.
  • Directional Signs: Essential for guiding participants around the venue, pointing out session rooms, restrooms, dining areas, and other key locations.
  • Welcome SignageSets the tone of the conference, offering a warm greeting to attendees as they enter, often accompanied by the event’s logo and main sponsors.
  • Maps Here's a layout of the conference venue to help you navigate and make the most of your time: **Conference Venue Layout** --- **Ground Floor** * **Entrance Lobby & Registration:** This is where you'll enter the venue. Creating these materials for the FESSH 2023 conference involved a deep understanding of the event’s goals, audience, and venue layout. The design process was focused on clarity, brand consistency, and user experience, ensuring that every piece contributed to a seamless and engaging conference atmosphere.
